Directions of use
Drink every morning on an empty stomach, boil one cup of water, add tea bag and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow it to concentrate. Re-heat and drink hot/warm preferably. It is very important to drink lots of water through out the day! The more water you drink the better your results will be! You may drink it at night again using the same tea bag from that morning!

- Senna leave - treats constipation, laxative
- Horsetail- diuretic, anti-inflammatory, decreases blood pressure
- Hibiscus - rich in antioxidants, fights inflammation, lowers blood pressure & cholesterol, promotes weight-loss,
- Bay leaves- vitamin A, B6, C, reduces 2 types of diabetes risk factors, digestive aid.
- Tejocote Root - lowers cholesterol & triglyceride levels in blood, improves skin appearance, detoxifies, promotes weight-loss, helps maintain weight once desired weight is reached. Burns fat
- Mallow leaves - helps irritated stomach & improves digestive health
- Ginger - promotes feelings of fullness, blood sugar regulation, reduces amount of fat gut absorbs, decreases inflammation in gut, burns fat

Loved the tea and noticed a difference on day 3 but not sure if it’s included with different flavor teas but some were darker and even had a reddish teabag. Other than that I would say I did see results even with the 10 day treatment.
Love the Tea, if give results in 5 days
Definitely helps me feel less bloated, I am 3 months postpartum so I did notice a difference but didn’t lose any weight. Taste good but not the hibiscus one.
