Cancellation policy
Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can change or cancel one.
How subscriptions work
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you're setting up repeat deliveries at the frequency shown on the product page. Your payment details are stored securely and you're charged for each delivery.
Current frequencies:
- Metabolism Support Tea, 30 day supply — every month
- Herbal Cleanse Tea — every month
- The Daily Wellness Bundle — every month
- Super Detox Powder — every 6 weeks
The powder is set to six weeks because it's taken for 30 days followed by a rest period, so a new tub doesn't arrive while you're still resting.
Billing
Your first payment is taken when you place the order. After that you're charged automatically on the same schedule, to the payment method you signed up with.
Please check the recurring total shown at checkout before you confirm. Promotional or multi-item discounts that apply to your first order may not carry over to later orders, so your ongoing charge can be higher than your first one.
Changing or cancelling
You can change or cancel at any time. There's no fee and no minimum number of orders.
Log in to your account and open the Subscriptions page to skip a delivery, change the date, update your payment or shipping details, or cancel. Your order confirmation emails also contain a link straight to it.
Cancel before your next scheduled order date to avoid being charged for it. If an order has already been processed it will still ship, and the returns terms below apply.

Returns and refunds
Subscription orders follow our standard Return & Exchange policy: refunds within 3 days of delivery and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, on unopened product. Opened products can't be returned.
Price changes
If we change subscription pricing we'll email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel at any time before the new price applies.
